3. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the text you input into Walter Humanizer AI (“Input Content”). We claim no intellectual property rights over your original text.

3.2. Output Content

Upon generation, we assign to you all rights, title, and interest in the humanized text output (“Output Content”), permitting you to use it for any legal purpose, including commercial publication.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• To generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hateful.
• To generate spam, fraudulent content, or misinformation.
• To attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the underlying AI models or software.
• To automate access to the Service (e.g., via bots or scrapers) without our express API permission.

5. Subscriptions and Refunds

5.1. Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annually) depending on your selected plan. You authorize us to charge your payment method for these fees.

5.2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5.3. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for initial purchases if you are not satisfied with the results. To request a refund, please contact support within 30 days of your transaction.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we strive for high bypass rates (99%), we cannot guarantee that every output will pass every AI detector at all times, as third-party detection algorithms change frequently.
