• You encountered technical issues that prevented you from using the service effectively.
• You were charged due to a technical error (e.g., double billing).

2. Non-Refundable Situations

While we aim to be flexible, refunds may be declined in the following scenarios:

• The refund request is made after the 30-day window has passed.
• The account has violated our Terms of Service (e.g., abusive usage, account sharing).
• The purchase was for a high-volume Enterprise custom plan (governed by a separate Service Level Agreement).

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Processing Time

5. Canceling Subscriptions

If you do not want a refund but simply wish to stop future charges, you can cancel your subscription at any time via the “Billing” section in your account dashboard. You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.
